| 摘 要： | 在竞争性的市场上,讨价还价是自愿与公平交易的形式。自愿公平的交易才会增进社会福利。市场价格是供求双方共同作用的结果,无形之手确定了价格。集团购买以及标准合同主要与交易的福利及效率有关。若政府规定以明码实价的方式代替明码标价,将严重破坏市场供求,带来意想不到的恶果,减损社会福利。

| Abstract: | In the competitive market,bargaining is the form of a voluntary and fair trade.Voluntary and fair trade will improve social welfare.The market price is the result of both supply and demand sides.Group purchasing and standard contracts are related to the welfare and efficiency of transactions.If the government provides for clearly-in lieu of clearly marked,it would seriously undermine the market supply and demand,bring about unexpected consequences and Impairment of social welfare. |
