我国内国公债的发行始于晚清时期,泛滥于北洋时期.晚清与北洋政府时期的内国公债在我国内债史上占有重要的历史地位.关于晚清与北洋政府时期内国公债的研究,现已取得一定的成绩,但总体来说,还是显得较为薄弱.还有些问题值得我们注意:1.应确立科学的研究范围;2.应科学运用研究方法与整合研究队伍;3.应加强北洋时期内国公债研究.

Chinese domestic loans issued the first time in the late Qing Dynasty,overflowing in the period of the northern warlords.Domestic loans in this period has the important station.The research of the domestic loans in late Qing Dynasty and the period of the northern warlords has gotten many productions.But there are some problemes needing us to resolve.The first,establish scientific research area;The second,handle scientificly research methods and conform research procession;The third,attach importance to the research of domestic loans in the period of the northern warlords.
