| 摘 要： | 首先建立区域自主创新能力评价指标体系,然后利用灰色关联度法对2010年中国大陆31个省、市、自治区区域自主创新能力进行总体和分项评价,对评价结果进行比较分析,明确各地区优劣势。评价结果表明中国省级区域的区域自主创新能力地域差异化明显,就总体排名来看,呈现东强西弱特征,由东部沿海向中、西部内陆逐渐递减。东部地区的区域自主创新能力最强,其次是东北地区和中部地区,西部地区较弱。

| Abstract: | Regional technology innovation capability evaluation indicators are set up firstly and then regional technology innovation capability in China are evaluated and analyzed by grey correlation analysis.Objective and scientific evaluation and comparison research on technological innovation capacity of various regions is helpful to know their advantages and disadvantages.Evaluation results show there are obvious geographical differences among regional technological innovation capacity of provinces in China.In general,the eastern region is stronger than the western region and regional innovation capacity is gradually decreasing from the eastern coastal areas to central and western inland.Regional technological innovation capacity of the eastern region is the strongest,followed by the northeast region and the central region and the western region is the weakest. |
