| 摘 要： | 大学的课程一直以来都分为思想政治理论课和专业课程,导致思想政治理论课教学很难为各专业学生进行入职前的职业政治指导。而思想政治理论课与专业课融会贯通,进行思想政治理论课的项目化教学,将社会所需要的人才与组织团体所需要的人才融合起来,以便找到培养合格组织成员与社会成员的一致通道。文章对企业员工素质与思想政治教育内涵进行了配比,并提出了项目化教学实施的基本要求和实践模式,探讨了项目化教学在思想政治理论课教学中实施的重大意义。
