订单式人才培养模式的创新——试论订单式培养在酒店管理专业的应用

订单人才培养模式是一种新的合作教育模式,高职高专酒店管理专业的专业特点及用工企业的需求决定了酒店管理专业更有利开展校企双方共同深度参与的人才订单联合培养。订单式人才培养突出的特点表现为校企双方共同制定人才培养方案、学校企业共同资助,联合培养,建立校内校外双课堂,实施学校企业双讲师、理论实践双结合等。酒店管理专业在进行订单式人才培养过程中应注重形成长效机制,总结订单培养的规律,将订单式人才培养作为酒店管理专业的特色进行建设。
