| 摘 要： | 从"海西"高职师资队伍建设的现状出发,分析岗位管理对促进高职院校师资队伍建设所起到的平台作用,并在此基础之上,从机制构建的角度,简要地阐释了人力资源观念创新、引进机制、稳定机制、激励机制、培训机制等基本要点.
