企业员工“忠诚度”浅析

摘    要:在蓬勃发展的知识经济下,员工忠诚度下降的种种现象已经阻碍了企业的发展,员工忠诚度问题引起了越来越多学者的关注。借鉴国内外对忠诚度的各项研究,考察员工忠诚度现状和分析员工忠诚度降低的原因至关重要。通过弹性制定薪酬制度、营造"以人为本"的环境、加强内部选聘、重新聘用离职员工等措施,有利于提高企业员工的忠诚度,帮助企业吸引和挽留人才,提高经济效益。

Abstract:With the vigorous development of the knowledge economy, the development of enterprises has been hampered by the decline of employee loyalty. Employee loyalty has attracted more and more attention from scholars. It's very important to investigate he reality of employee loyalty and analyze employee loyalty decrease. We can take actions such as developing remuneration system flexibly, creating "people -oriented" environment, strengthening internal selection and Rehiring former employees to improve the loyalty of employees, help enterprises attract, and keep talents and improve economic efficiency.
