厦门市产业集群的资源支持力分析——兼论厦门百亿产值产业链（群）培育的产业政策实施

厦门工业化进程已相当于传统工业化后期阶段，市政府力图通过培育百亿产值产业链（群）政策进一步促进产业集群发展，实现经济持续快速增长。但培育产业的选择、以及区域资源支持力（或制约力）与产业集群“拥挤效应”的作用、反作用效应可能带来的区域产业集群风险问题，却是决策者不应回避的问题。

Analysis on Resources Supporting Ability of Industrial Cluster in Xiamen--on the Industry Policy Implementation of 10 Billion Production Value Industry Chain Cultivation in Xiamen

Industrialization in Xiamen has entered the post traditional industrialization era. The municipal government strives to cultivate 10 Billion Production Value Industry Chain policy to promote the development of industrial cluster, to realize sustained rapid growth of economy. But the choice of industry cultivation, the effect and converse effect between regional resource supporting ability and the crowding effect of industrial cluster will restrict the development of industrial cluster and initiate the problem of regional industrial cluster risk build - up, which decision makers should not evade.
