成渝城市群数字金融发展赋能经济高质量发展的空间效应分析

金融与数字技术的结合催生出具有普惠特性的数字金融，为经济高质量转型注入新活力。本文构建经济高质量发展指标体系，利用2011—2019年成渝城市群面板数据对经济高质量发展进行测算，并对成渝城市群内数字金融发展对经济高质量发展的空间效应进行检验。研究结果表明:成渝城市群内数字金融发展可以促进城市经济高质量发展；经济高质量发展具有正向的空间溢出效应，但数字金融发展的空间溢出效应不明显。基于上述结论，本文提出成渝城市群经济高质量发展应以科技创新为着力点，进一步提升数字金融对经济高质量发展的支持作用；同时，应明确城市群内各城市的发展定位，提升各城市在城市群协同发展中的参与度，进一步激发数字金融发展的空间溢出效应，促使成都、重庆两中心城市更好地发挥对城市群的辐射带动作用。

Spatial Effect Analysis of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration Digital Financial Development Enabling High-quality Economic Development

The combination of finance and digital technology has given birth to universal digital finance, which has injected new vitality into high-quality transformation of economy. Using the panel data of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration from 2011 to 2019, this paper constructs a system of high-quality economic development indicators to measure high-quality development of economy, and examines the impact of digital finance development on high-quality development of economy and the spatial effect of digital finance development in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration. The results show that development of urban digital finance in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration can promote high-quality development of urban economy, and the development of high-quality economy has positive spatial spillover effect, but the spatial spillover effect of digital finance development is not obvious. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward that Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration should take scientific and technological innovation as focus to further enhance the supporting role of digital finance for high-quality economic development, at the same time, it should clarify the development orientation of each city in urban agglomeration, enhance the participation of each city in collaborative development, further stimulate the spatial spillover effect of digital financial development, and promote Chengdu and Chongqing two central cities to give better play to their radiation and driving role in urban agglomeration.
