中国经济高质量发展水平测度及时空驱动因素研究

本文从新发展理念出发构建经济高质量发展评价指标体系，并在此基础上测度中国30个省（自治区、直辖市）的经济高质量发展水平，分析经济高质量发展的时空驱动因素。研究结果表明:30个省（自治区、直辖市）经济高质量发展水平总体上处于上升趋势，但存在发展不平衡状况；东部地区经济高质量发展水平高于中西部地区，但是东部地区各省份经济高质量发展也存在不平衡状况；省域间经济高质量发展存在显著空间正相关性，大致呈“东高、中平、西低”的空间分布格局；创新发展、开放程度和协调发展是促进地区经济高质量发展的重要影响因素，经济基础、绿色发展、共享发展也具有促进作用，但各影响因素对各地区经济高质量发展促进作用的大小存在差异。

On Measurement and Driving Factors of China's High-quality Economic Development

Starting from the new development concept, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of high-quality economic development, measures the level of high-quality economic development of 30 provinces (cities and autonomous regions)in China with this system, and analyzes space-time driving factors of high-quality economic development. The results show that the high quality economic development level of 30 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) is on the rise, but the development is unbalanced. The high quality economic development in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions, but is also unbalanced in the eastern region. There is a significant positive spatial correlation between the high-quality economic development among provinces, and the spatial distribution pattern is "high in the east, mild in the center and low in the west". Innovation, openness, and coordination are important factors that promote high-quality regional economic development. Economic foundation, green development, and shared development also play a role in promoting high-quality regional economic development. However, the role of each factor in promoting high-quality regional economic development varies from region to region.
