长三角城市群高质量发展综合评价研究

长三角城市群的高质量发展具有重要的示范价值。以长三角城市群41个城市为样本，选取2014—2018年的相关数据，从经济运行状况、社会进步态势和生态可持续水平三个维度选取指标构建高质量发展评价体系。结果表明:长三角城市群高质量发展各维度权重不稳定，经济运行水平权重有所降低；高质量发展水平整体具有波动性，且各城市高质量发展变动趋势不尽相同；地区差异显著，以上海为中心的周边城市高质量发展水平显著高于其他城市，且两级分化趋势突出。最后，提出全局把控，始终坚持协调发展理念；因地制宜，逐步优化地区发展模式；合作共享，加快推进长三角一体化等建议。

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of High-quality Development of Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration

The high-quality development of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has important demonstration value. Tanking 41 cities in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as samples with relevant data from 2014 to 2018, this paper constructs a high-quality development evaluation system by indicators selected from three dimensions: economic operation, social progress and ecological sustainable level, and uses entropy method to calculate the weights. The results show that: the weight of each dimension of high-quality development in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is unstable, the weight of economic operation is reduced to some extent, the overall level of high-quality development is volatile, the trend of high-quality development varies from city to city, regional differences are obvious, the high-quality development of the cities surrounding Shanghai is significantly higher than that of other cities, and the trend of polarization is prominent. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions: control the whole situation and always adhere to the concept of coordinated development; adjust measures to local conditions and gradually optimize the regional development model; cooperation and sharing to accelerate the integration of Yangtze River Delta.
