| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来,在邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想和科学发展观的指导下,我国运用马克思主义的基本分析方法,创造性提出了中国社会主义教育法制建设的一系列思想、观点、原理与方法,初步建立起中国特色社会主义教育法制理论体系。依法治教集中体现我国教育法制理论精髓,已成为国家管理教育事业的基本方略。教育领域必须贯彻依法治国的基本方略,全面建设社会主义法制,全面实行依法治教。

| Abstract: | During the past 30 years,our country has innovatively proposed a series of thoughts,ideas,principles and approaches of developing socialistic education legal system under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory,Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development through applying basic analytic methods of Marxism,and has established socialistic education legal system with Chinese characteristics.Management of education by law which represents the essence of education legal system has become basic strategy of national education management.In the field of education,rule by law must be implemented thoroughly to develop socialistic legal system and carry out management of education by law in an all-around way. |
