云南省工业绿色距离与生态产业分类研究

选取万元工业产值能耗、万元工业产值SO2排放为指标,分析了1985~2005年云南省工业绿色距离与生态化实现程度的动态变化,得出在总体上向好的方向发展的结论。从节能减排出发,利用2005年各工业部门能源消耗和SO2排放数据,将39个工业部门划分为3种类型,即低能耗-低污染行业、中能耗-中污染行业和高能耗-高污染行业。这个新的产业分类方案,建立起工业生产和能源消耗、SO2排放量之间的双向联系,为云南省的生态省建设和构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会提供了科学依据。

Study on the Industrial Green Gap and Ecological Industrial Classification in Yunnan Province

The authors choose the energy consumption and the SO2 emission of industrial output per ten thousand as the indexes,analyze the dynamic changes of the industrial green gap and ecological realization degree,and find that the whole situation develops well in general.Based on the data of energy consumption and SO2 emission in 2005 from different industrial sectors,and with the purpose of energy-saving and pollution-reducing,the authors classify 39 industrial sectors into three types,including industries with low energy consumption and pollution,industries with medium energy consumption and pollution,and industries with high energy consumption and pollution.The classification helps to build up a dual connection between industrial production and energy consumption,SO2 emission,which provides scientific foundation for building Yunnan as an ecological province and constructing an energy-saving and environment friendly society.
