| 摘 要： | 在网络经济的影响下,跨国公司的外部市场环境和内部运营机制都发生了一系列变化。网络经济促进跨国公司内部分工的细化,对跨国公司内部贸易有进一步强化的作用,网络经济下的跨国公司内部贸易在数量和规模上仍有继续扩大的趋势。

| Abstract: | Under the influence of network economy,a series of changes have taken place in external market environment and internal operational mechanism of multinational corporations.Network economy helps the specialization of labor division in multinational corporations,and strengthens the intra-firm trade in the companies.Both the quantity and scale of intra-firm trade will expand under the condition of network economy. |
