村级党组织与农民专业合作社关系的调查与分析——以浙西农村为个案

村级党组织与农民专业合作社之间的关系,既不同于西方国家的政府与民间组织的关系,也不同于国内某些地区的＂二位一体＂、＂三位一体＂等模式,而是一种建立在根本目标一致基础上的互补性合作关系。合作的动因是双方需要对方的帮助来应对困难和挑战;合作的内容包括政治、经济、社会各个层面,主要表现在村党支部为农民专业合作社提供更好的发展环境,农民专业合作社为村党支部发挥领导核心作用搭建更好的平台;合作结果是村级党组织与专业合作社互利共赢。

Investigation and Analysis on Relation between the Party Organization at the Village Level and the Peasant Professional Cooperative Society——A Case Study on Rural in the West Part of Zhejiang

Relation between the party organization at the village level and the peasant professional cooperative society is a complementary cooperation based on the same fundamental goal,it is neither similar to that between government and NGO in Western nations nor that of ＂two in one＂ or ＂three in one＂ in some areas of China.Cooperation prompted by that both sides need help each other to cope with their difficulties and challenges.Cooperation was mainly manifested as follows： the village Party branch provided a better environment for the growth of the cooperative society;meanwhile the latter built a better platform for the former to play its role as leader and nucleus,including each aspect of politics,economy and society,hence mutual benefit and all-win.
