| 摘 要： | 国际战略思想是一国外交的重要指导思想．在外交大局中占据重要的位置。新中国领导人十分重视外交战略思想的提出与创新．特别是在特定的历史背景下有创造性地提出国际战略思想，对当时和此后的外交工作进行全局指导。对新中国领导人的国际战略思想，在理论基础、时代特征、国际形势和国家实力等维度进行比较分析研究，可以更全面地反映出新中国外交中的国际战略思想发展脉络。

| Abstract: | The international strategic thought is an important guiding ideology of diplomacy, which occupies an important position in the diplomatic situation. The new China leaders attached great importance to the diplomatic strategy and innovation, and especially creatively put forward the international strategic thought under the specific historical background, as well as well guided the diplomatic work at that time and in the future. As for the international strategic thought, comparative study contains the following; the basic theory, the characteristics of the times, the international situation and the na- tional strength and other dimensions, which reflects the international strategic thought of new Chinese diplomacy and developing tendency. |
