我国城镇化进程中农民工市民化问题研究

我国城镇化具有重大的经济与社会发展意义,其核心是农民工转化为市民的问题。为了顺利实现这一转变,需要解决城镇化进程中面临的制度、资金、观念、农民工自身素质等主要问题,以平稳递减农民工总量、引导农民工合理流动、打造服务于大众的均等公共服务为基本目标,把握好城镇化进程中产业支撑、资金、用地、住房、避免＂两极化＂发展等一些关键点。

Problem Research into Urbanization of Rural Migrant Workers in the Process of Our Urbanization

China’s urbanization is of great significance to economic and social development. The core issue of urbanization in our country is the issue of migrant workers into citizens. In order to successfully achieve this change, the system is faced with the urbaniza-tion process, the quality of their own money, ideas, and other major obstacles. A steady decline may guide the rational flow of migrant workers, while the number of migrant workers makes the general public the equalization of public service as the basic goal. At the same time, it is essential to grasp the following key points： industry support, capital, land use in urbanization, housing, avoid ＂polarization＂ and so on.
