| 摘 要： | 城市社区管理作为提高城市居民生活质量，推进城市全面进步的重要途径，越来越成为当今世界各国政府所瞩目的焦点。立足我国实际情况，将治理理论与中国当前的城市社区管理相结合，从治理的视角对城市管理进行探索，努力打造城市和谐社区，培养和提高社区管理能力。
