用科学发展观引领高校德育工作

党的十六届三中全会明确提出了坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展。牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观,对于构建社会主义和谐社会、全面建设小康社会进而实现社会主义现代化的宏伟目标,具有重大而深远的意义。科学发展观对高校德育工作提出了更新、更高的要求。高校应当以科学发展观为指导,重新审视德育工作,赋予德育工作新的内涵,进一步加强和改进高校德育工作,明确高校德育工作的重要地位和作用,强化德育为先意识,创新高校德育建设的内容和手段,增强德育工作的针对性和实效性,从而造就和培育具有良好道德风尚的大学生群体,为构建社会主义和谐社会奠定坚实的根基。
