| 摘 要： | 日本民主党人鸠山由纪夫上台后,提出以东盟10+3为基础,建立一个类似欧盟的东亚共同体的构想。较之上世纪60年代末日本政府提出的环太平洋合作构想,共同体构想在日本所面对的国际、国内环境,主要针对对象,具体目的、涉及领域及面临的亚太地区政治经济形势四个方面发生了很大变化,已不再是对合作构想的简单翻版。
