| 摘 要： | 缔约过失责任系缔约阶段因缔约人过失地违反依诚实信用原则而依法应承担的先合同义务而产生的民事责任。我国《合同法》确立了此项制度 ,但有其不完善之处 ,有待于立法上的完善。
