| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育作为高等教育发展中的一个类型,具有自己的特征,而这种特征又决定了其人才培养模式具有不同于普通高等教育人才培养模式的特点.在分析高等职业教育基本特征及其人才培养模式特点的基础上,提出了高职教育人才培养模式改革的过程与思路.
