| 摘 要： | 分析了概率选择与现代管理学的关系，提出了概率选择在现代管理中应用的体系结构。以现代管理中计划评审方法、排队论、动态规划、库存管理、风险决策等几个经典问题为实例，从新的视角，研究了概率选择在现代管理学中的具体应用。分析了概率选择在现代管理学中的发展前景，验证了概率选择在解决现代管理中的不确定问题的有效性。

| Abstract: | Analyzes the relationship between probability choice and modern management,puts forward the system structure that probability choice is applied on modern management.Taking some typical problems in modern management as examples such as program evaluation and review technique(PERT),queue theory,dynamic programming,inventory management and risk decision-making,on a novel view studies the material application of probability choice on modern management.Analyzes the development prospect,validates the validity of probability choice when it settles uncertain problem in modern management. |
