关于二级学院文化建设的探索与实践

通过明确“健康、诚信、和谐、进取”的学院文化建设目标,形成了具有特色又符合实际情况的工作思路,确定了全院参与、齐思共建学院文化的总体构想,充分认识了提高教师师德水平,规范教师的日常行为,发挥其率先垂范的作用在学院文化建设中的重要意义。同时指出,不断结合新情况、新问题,大力开展二级学院的文化建设,必将成为适合高校思想政治工作的载体形式。文化建设具有长期性,也可成为学院党总支保持共产党员先进性教育的长效机制的良好载体。
