| 摘 要： | 分析了“3 2”五年制高职教育的创办形式与优势,从社会人才需求和客观实际出发,提出了中起点“3 2”人才培养模式、五年制高职教育的培养目标和阶段培养目标,并具体阐述了构建并实现与培养目标相适应的课程体系的方法和途径。
