| 摘 要： | 政府、社会、高校是研究生教育质量评估的三个主体,在评估活动中发挥着不同的作用。政府在研究生教育质量评估中发挥主导作用;社会评估是研究生教育质量评估的重要组成部分;高校内部的自我评估是研究生教育质量评估的基础。正确处理三者关系有利于建立合理的研究生教育质量评估体系,有利于保障研究生教育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Government,society and institutions of higher education are three principal parts of graduate education evaluation,have different functions.Government plays the dominant role,social evaluation is the important component,selfevaluation in institutions of higher education is the basis.Dealing with their relations rightly is helpful for building reasonable graduate education evaluation system,is helpful for ensuring the healthy development of graduate education. |
