| 摘 要： | 通过研究新生代农民工就业过程中存在的制约因素,旨在为实现新生代农民工充分就业提供完备的理论支撑。研究发现,制约新生代农民工就业的因素主要有:城市化发展不足和不均衡、产业结构的不合理、政府对农民工的公关就业服务严重不足、新生代农民工就业观念存在误差和专业知识技能培训的缺乏等几个方面。
