心理情景剧在大学生心理健康教育中的实践与思考

摘    要:校园心理情景剧通过演绎校园生活中现实事件来缓解学生的心理压力,解决学生心理困惑和心理问题,结合校园实际进行,贴近学生,贴近生活,生动形象,参与度高,互动性强,兼具知识性与趣味性,是心理健康教育中生动有效的活动之一,也是高校开展大学生心理健康教育的一种有效的教育辅导方式,在大学生心理辅导和心理治疗方面能够发挥独特和良好的教育作用和效果。

Abstract:Psychological melodrama solves student′s psychological confusion and mental problems through interpreting real events of campus life,ease the psychological pressure on students.It is combined with the actual conduct of the campus,close to the student,life,and vivid,high participation,strong interaction,both informative and interesting.It is not only one of the activities in lively and effective mental health education,but also an effective way of education and counseling that colleges and universities carry out mental health education,and it can play a unique role and a good education and effect in psychological counseling and psychotherapy.
