摘    要:教师职务聘任制是我国高校人事制度改革的一项重要内容,但这一制度在实行过程中也暴露出其本身存在的一些缺陷,即:相关社会环境和条件尚不具备;高校内部相关条件尚不成熟,以及具体操作过程中存在的一些问题。因此,应采取政策的综合配套和整体推进,以及建立校内高效的管理运行机制等方式,使我国的教师管理制度更加趋于合理化和科学化。

Abstract:Teacher appointment system is an important content of personnel system reformation in institutions of higher education in our country,but this system exposes its own disadvantages during carrying out,namely,correlative social environment and conditions are still not provided,correlative conditions inside the institutions of higher education are not still mature,there are some problems existing in the operation.Therefore,we should adopt some approaches such as sets down integrated and associated measures,promotes roundly,building up high-effective administration and operation mechanism,so as to make our country's teacher management system more reasonable and scientific.
