| 摘 要： | 随着经济的转型、就业机制的变革、高校的扩招,近年来,我国大学毕业生的就业问题日益凸显,在一定程度上成为具有普遍性的社会现象,成为关系到高等教育的改革和发展、影响高校与社会的关系以及社会安定的综合性问题.为此,论文从政府、高校和大学生三个角度对我国大学毕业生的就业问题作以研究和探讨.

| Abstract: | Along with the economic transition,the transform of employment mechanism and student recruitment extension of institutions of higher education,graduate employment problem presents clearly in recent years,turns into a kind of universal social phenomena in the certain degree,becomes the integrative problem to concern the reform and development of higher education,impact the relationship between institutions of higher education and society,influence social stability.Considering these,from the visual angles of government,institutions of higher education and undergraduate researches and discusses the graduate employment. |
