| 摘 要： | 教学秘书是学校教务部门和院系领导的得力助手,是教学管理队伍中的骨干力量,教学秘书长期从事繁重的事务性工作,但是没有得到应有的重视,使得教学秘书产生强烈的失落感,教学秘书队伍呈现不稳定状态,因此,在一定程度上影响了高校的教学管理工作.因此,应从教学秘书工作特点入手,探讨如何建立一支稳定的高校教学秘书队伍.

| Abstract: | Teaching secretaries are right hand of educational affairs divisions and leaders, are diaphysis in teaching managers. They engaged heavy work for a long time, but didn't been regarded, this make them feel loss. So teaching secretaries team are not stable, it affects the teaching management. we should take measures on work characteristics of teaching secretaries, explore how to build a stable teaching secretaries team. |
