| 摘 要： | 虐待老人现象已经成为一个世界性社会问题。香港政府和非政府组织积极研究处理虐待长者问题。香港社工介入虐老防治计划,适时有效地回应了香港长者被虐的问题,推动了香港虐老防治的工作。香港社工介入虐老防治的做法和经验,特别是“充权”理念在虐老防治工作中的应用,可为我国大陆社工介入虐老防治工作的建设和发展提供一些启示和参考。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of elder abuse has been an international social problem.Hong Kong government and non-governmental welfare organizations study and solve actively elder abuse problem.Social workers in Hong Kong intervene in elder abuse prevention project,respond effectively the elder abuse problem in Hong Kong on time,and promote the elder abuse prevention work in Hong Kong.The experience of social works intervening in elder abuse prevention in Hong Kong,especially the application of empowerment on elder abuse prevention offers the illumination and reference for building and development of social workers intervening in elder abuse prevention in Mainland China. |
