| 摘 要： | 随着电子计算机等新技术的迅猛发展和办公自动化的深化,加快了将档案工作融入信息社会的步伐,推动了档案信息化的建设。信息技术的飞速发展为档案管理向档案电子化过渡提供了前提条件;档案管理软件的迅速发展为档案信息化的实现提供了重要保证。档案管理工作的服务手段、服务方式、服务内容创新需要档案工作信息化。在实现档案信息化建设的过程中,应实现档案工作现代化、档案工作标准化、档案工作开放化、档案工作服务化。

| Abstract: | The quick development of new technologies such as computer and the deepening of office automatization quicken the step that archives work is in harmony with information society,promote the archives informatization building.The quick development of information technology offers the precondition for the transition of archives management towards informatization;the quick development of archives management software offers the important guarantee for archives informatization.Innovating the service means,modes and content of archives management work need realize the archives work informatization.During archives information building,should realize the modernization,standardization,open and service of archives work. |
