| 摘 要： | 探讨了法国高等教育管理体制的发展演变历史,着重研究了法国高等教育内部管理体制、管理权限与管理模式;对法国高等教育所面临的新的发展机遇及呈现出的运行管理模式,即自治性、面向市场、学术自由进行了归纳和总结。
