| 摘 要： | 1999年以来，我国高校普遍通过利用银行贷款的办法解决由于大规模扩招带来的建设资金不足问题，银校合作由此产生。高校借贷办学在推动我国高等教育快速发展的同时，也形成了一定程度的信贷风险。现在很多高校陷入债务危机，分析我国银校合作存在的问题、成因，总结其经验教训，并提出解决其债务危机的相应对策是目前摆在银行和高校面前亟待解决的重要问题。

| Abstract: | Snce 1999,the loans from banks has helped alot in dealing with the lack of finds caused by enlarged enroll-ment.Thus the cooperation of banks and college has begun.Using loans to improve the colleges has improved the de-velopment of higher education and also brought credit risks.We should analyze the problems,causes and find out the solutions. |
