摘    要:竞业限制是现代市场经济条件下用人单位保护商业秘密、维护自身竞争利益的重要手段。作为劳动合同的中一项重要的约定条款,有关竞业限制的问题已经越来越被用人单位和广大劳动者所重视,依法订立竞业限制条款。能够有效地保护用人单位和劳动者的合法权益。

Abstract:Employment restriction is the measure for employment units to keep business secrets and competitive benefits.As an im- portant regulation of labor contract,the problems of employment restriction have been stressed.To make employment restriction regulations according to laws can effectively protect the benefits of employment units and labors.
