| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育的时代特征与内容总是与一定的现实语境联系在一起的,且二者在实践中形成相互运动。伴随我国全球化进程的融入,全球化已然成为当下领导干部思想政治教育的现实语境。基于此,就需要以全球化为视阈,明确全球化进程中加强领导干部思想政治教育的现实意义,并探寻应对挑战的有效路径。
