| 摘 要： | 面对复杂多变的外部环境，企业要做到持续的成长，主要取决于企业的内部因素。专注企业的核心业务，提高变革管理能力，把实现持续盈利能力放在最重要的位置，建立与企业持续成长相适应的管理文化。做强做大还要有新的思维，注重细节管理，最大化地实现企业的价值，才能提升企业的竞争力。
