| 摘 要： | 公司治理结构是公司制企业的核心 ,也是判断现代企业制度是否真正建立起来的依据。我国公司治理结构在股权结构、持股主体、董事会的独立性、监事会的功能、经营者的选拔机制、激励机制、外部监控机制、法制环境等方面存在问题。

| Abstract: | Corporate governance is the core of public company and the criteria of whether modern enterprise system is established or not.There exist some problems on present China's corporate governance,including structure of share equity,shareholder,independence of board of directors,function of supervisor,choosing and motivation system of manager,outer supervising systems,law environment and so on.This essay will try to analyze the above problems in details. |
