摘    要:为贯彻落实人事管理机制工作责任制,全面推进人事管理机制工作建设,高职院校人事管理部门必须充分发挥行政基层推动人事管理机制工作发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用。对此,积极探索高职院校人事管理机制工作的方式方法,建立以文本化管理为基础、以程序化管理为主导、以目标化管理为核心、以项目化管理为手段、以全员化管理为支撑的高职院校人事管理机制工作就显得尤为重要。

Abstract:In order to implement the responsibility system of personnel management mechanism,to promote the comprehensive construction of personnel management mechanism,the personnel management department in vocational institutions must give full play to the grassroots work to promote the functions of serving the people,uniting people and promoting harmony of personnel management mechanism.Therefore,to take text management as the basis,program management as the orientation,objective management as the core,project management as the means,full management as the support are the ways and means of personnel management mechanism.
