| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济和高等教育的改革与发展，使传统的高校学生管理工作面临严峻挑战。学生会作为高校学生管理工作的重要组成部分，积极探索适应时代要求的高校学生会工作模式，发挥其“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”的作用，巩固党和团组织在青年学生中的群众基础，有效占领大学生思想教育阵地已成为目前学生工作者面临的重要课题。
