| 摘 要： | 以人为本,充分尊重学生的合法权益,坚持依法治校,使学生的合法权益得到切实的保护,是构建和谐校园的基础。高校管理工作的价值导向,过去主要是着眼于维护学校秩序和有效地对学生实施管制,而对于如何维护人的权益重视不够。以人为本,在做好学生教育管理工作中的作用是非常重要的。
