| Abstract: | the development of3 information industry is very important in rejuvenating the old Jilin industrial base. There are some advantages in our provincial information industry, such as scientific research, photoelectrical, liquid crys- tal production, specialized material. In order to realize the great development of information industry, we should make full use of the basis functions and develop wholly, adjust the structure of the industry and set up information base for the rejuvenation. |
