| 摘 要： | 21世纪是资源与环境和谐发展的时代，在资源环境日益紧张的社会中，迫切需要加强生态环境的保护。循环经济的核心在于充分合理地利用各类自然资源，因此，应运用生态学规律来指导人类的生产活动，大力加强生态文明建设与发展步伐，以期全面实现人与自然的和谐发展。
