摘    要:金融学专业本科生创新能力的培养是金融教育界正努力探索的重要课题。金融学专业本科生创新能力包括创新意识、学习积累、市场意识、创新思维能力、学习能力、协调能力。针对金融学专业本科生创新能力培养体系存在的一般问题,应实施教育观念转变、金融实验实训平台改善、校企协同协作深化、素质拓展活动形式创新、师资队伍建设强化等策略进行创新能力培养。

Abstract:h is an important subject being actively explored in the financial-educational circle to effectively improve the training of innovation ability among undergraduate students who major in finance. Innovation a- bility includes innovation consciousness, knowledge accumulation, market consciousness, innovation thinking, study and coordination ability. According to the general problems of innovation ability training system of finance education,we should focus on such aspects as the transformation of concepts in education,the up- grades of financial experiment platform,the cooperative ties between schools and enterprises,the innovation quality developing mode and the construction of teaching staff.
