论制度反腐体系中的网络反腐平台建设

信息化时代背景下，传统的反腐模式越来越不能够满足实际反腐工作的需求，在制度化反腐的框架背景下，寻求更加科学有效的反腐工作模式，也成为当前反腐研究工作的重点。将以权利反腐作为理论根基与动力的网络反腐更加有效地融入到基于权力反腐基础之上的制度反腐体系中，网络反腐平台的建设显得尤为重要。从分析当前网络反腐现状入手，借助对网络反腐平台实际构建的价值论析，最终建构出可实现权力反腐与权利反腐两者合理协调的反腐平台模型。

The discussion focuses on the construction of network anti-corruption platform under the institutional anti-corruption system

Under the background of informational society, the traditional pattern of anti-corruption can’t afford the demand of the actual work, so seeking more scientific and more effective work mode is becoming the research focus of current anti-corruption work. How to make the network anti-corruption which bases on right anti-corruption to integrate into institutional anti-corruption system on the basis of power anti-corruption, the construction of network anti-corruption platform has been an important solution. The article starts from the situation of network anti-corruption, build the model of anti-corruption platform on the basis of both right anti-corruption and power anti-corruption by the way of platform value exploration.
