摘    要:顾客导向是小企业成功的一个重要因素,尽管只有相对较少的经验证据来支持这种说法。通过对相关文献回顾,提出了顾客导向与绩效关系研究的一个综合模型,并以风险承担、创新和机会导向作为调节变量分析对这种关系的影响。这一模型的提出,为后续顾客导向与绩效关系研究提供了新的视角,扩展了相关理论的探索。

Small Business Customer Orientation and Organization Performance Research:an integrated model

Abstract:Customer orientation is an important factor in the success of small businesses, although only a relatively small number of empirical evidence to support the claim. This article by literature review, a comprehensive model of customer orientation and performance relationship to risk-taking, innovation and opportunity-oriented analysis of the impact of this relationship as a manipulated variable. The model proposed for the study of the relationship between the follow-up customer-oriented and performance to provide a new perspective to extend the exploration of the theory.
