| Abstract: | In recent years,knowledge transfer is one of the direction of enterprises innovation research,classroom teaching is a process of knowledge transfer,using the theory of knowledge transfer in university classroom teaching related to improve teaching effectiveness with the reference value.Teachers,students,transfer of knowledge,the distance between teachers and students have an important influence to improve the effectiveness of knowledge transfer,and promote teaching and learning. |
