| 摘 要： | 农民专业合作组织在成长过程中存在发展水平不均衡,法律地位不明确,管理者队伍不稳定,配套管理机制不健全,缺乏完善的资金支持体系等问题,导致合作组织的带动和驱动作用不明显,合作组织进一步发展受限。政府和社会应通过政策制定、资金支持等有序构建农民专业合作组织的成长机制,推动和促进合作组织可持续成长。

| Abstract: | Some issues come in the growth of peasant professional cooperative organizations：unbalanced development level,uncertain legal status,unstable management ranks,less perfect supporting management mechanism,and shortage of complete financial support system that all lead to the no obviousness of driving effect on cooperative organizations in the further development.Governments and society are supposed to push forward and promote the sustainable growth of cooperative organizations by the sequentially established growth mechanism such as policy making and financial support. |
