| 摘 要： | 死刑执行方式在各个时代都有其特点,并随着历史发展不断变迁,它的变更归根到底都是由当时的经 济、政治、人文状况等许多因素决定,且一旦变更必定会对死刑观念产生重要影响。注射刑不仅是中国对死刑刑罚方 式的一项改革,它还有更深刻的迈向现代文明的内涵。

| Abstract: | The way of the execution of a death sentence has its characteristics in various times and changes with historical develpment, which stems from the economic, political, humane situations at that time, and when changed, exerts great influence on the concept of capital punishment. The execution of injection is not only the reform of carrying out a death sentence, but also a way moving towards modern civilization. |
